I have Sciatica, and sometimes my pain is more intense, and on those days, I put on this brace on my left leg. It feels like immediate relief. I wore out two braces, and this is my third. It really helps.

It worked ok but when I took it off the leg hurt more. I checked with my chiropractor and he said they worked fine if that’s where your pain came from but your pain can come from other spots and then they don’t work at all. I sent it back
