Premium Performance Without a Premium Price
After using high-end rangefinders costing three times as much, I was skeptical that this Red Tiger model could deliver comparable results. I’m happy to report that my skepticism was completely unfounded.I tested this rangefinder side-by-side with some of the most expensive models on the market, taking simultaneous readings to the same targets. The accuracy was remarkably consistent - we’re talking within a yard or two of readings from rangefinders costing $400-500. For practical golf purposes, that difference is negligible and won’t affect your club selection. The build quality feels solid and the optics are clear enough to easily pick up flags and hazards at typical golf distances. It locks onto targets quickly and provides readings fast enough to keep pace of play moving. The display is easy to read in various lighting conditions, which is crucial during those early morning or late afternoon rounds. What makes this rangefinder particularly appealing is how perfect it is for golfers just starting out or younger players getting into the game. You get all the essential functionality you need to improve your course management and club selection without the financial commitment of premium models. It’s an excellent way to see if you’ll actually use a rangefinder regularly before potentially upgrading later. The lightweight design makes it comfortable to carry for 18 holes, and the battery life has been dependable through multiple rounds. For beginners who want to start making more strategic decisions on the course, this provides the distance information you need to develop better game management skills.Bottom line: Nearly identical performance to expensive rangefinders at a fraction of the cost. Perfect for beginners or anyone who wants reliable distance measuring without breaking the bank.

Excellent rangefinder at a bargain price.
This is an excellent rangefinder at a great price. It's easy to use, and it works very well. I was able to get a solid reading on a cluster of trees 780 yards away. My Bushnell Scout DX wasn't able to hit them. I'm not using it for golf or for hunting -- I'm using it for informal surveying to measure distances to trees and buildings and their heights. For me, providing the angle of elevation and computed height of the object is essential. I want to know how tall a tree is or how high a roofline is. Using this rangefinder, I can just stand off a ways, view the top of the object, and get the line of sight distance, the horizontal distance, and the vertical height of the object. The only request I have is for them to add feet as a selectable unit of measure.

Rangefinder not generating yardage (updated)
I've had the rangefinder for a bit, but have hardly used it. It worked well initially for a few shots per round. Today I needed it as GPS on cart was not working. The rangefinder was useless. It almost never was able to generate yardage. The few times it did, it was way off. Need to rely on sprinklers. Unfortunate. Update: I contacted the company directly and customer support responded immediately. Positive and helpful response. I suspect that this will be simply and efficiently resolved. A shout out to "Jim" in customer service. Changing rating from 1 -> 4 stars.

accurate rangefinder
awesome rangefinder and it compact with the measuring accuracy to about 6 inches. for me the “locked in” pin seeker is awesome and you can scan to a different area and the lock in seeker still buzz with accurate yardage. Its is very easy to use and the charging was SUPER quick. the only downside is the box come with everything but the metal belt clip. I’m not sure if it was a returned product as someone took the metal belt clip. anyhow, for the price of this rangefinder I would highly recommended to any golfer or hunter that needs a 1200y finder.

A Must-Have for Golfers!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Accurate, Fast, and Easy to Use – A Must-Have for Golfers!I’ve been using the REDTIGER Golf Rangefinder for several rounds now, and I’m really impressed. Right out of the box, it felt solid and well-built, but lightweight enough to carry without hassle. The display is clear, and the button interface is simple and intuitive – no fiddling with menus while your group is waiting.Slope mode is a game-changer. It adjusts yardage for elevation changes automatically, which has helped me make smarter club choices. You can also turn off slope mode easily for tournament play. The accuracy seems spot-on – I compared it to a buddy’s much more expensive model, and we were consistently within a yard of each other. The flag lock and vibration feedback are great features. When you lock onto the pin, it vibrates slightly so you know you’ve got the target – no more second-guessing. The rangefinder also picks up distances fast, even with trees or bunkers in the background.Battery life has been excellent so far – still going strong after several rounds, and it’s USB rechargeable, so no need to mess with tiny batteries.Bottom line: For the price, this rangefinder is a fantastic value. It does everything the big-name brands do at a fraction of the cost. Whether you’re a weekend golfer or more serious about your game, the REDTIGER delivers.

Great Solid Laser
Great product! This is my 4th range finder, all other brands. This is the best one. My last one got caught in the rain... lesson learned. The numbers are bold enough to read easily. It makes quick contact with the target though you may want to tag it twice to make sure you are on the right spot. My only knock on this is that it is too precise! I don't need to know that I'm 98.3 yards from the target...just tell me 98! I don't need no decimals! Ha!
