High content of pistachio, not too sweet. Simple high quality ingredients. Not as running as some others with more oil and sugar, but I prefer it that way (you can microwave or mix with a little tahini to get more fluid!)- would buy again!!

Like others, my jar arrived with an open lid. Some oil on the outside, though there was tape keeping the lid and jar together so I can only assume this was due to the manufacturer.That doesn’t bother me too much - the real kicker here is this paste has NO FLAVOR. I really regret buying this because I was hoping to use it to make gelato. I’m better off making my own I suppose, more work for me, but I refuse to use this paste and make a “flavorless” dessert!I made my family do blind taste tests and while one person guessed nut butter (the paste is not too sweet) they could not for the life of them name the nut.Extremely disappointing, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Tiny jar with best date a year away, well packaged in bubble wrap and shipping bag. A day late but only because of flooding in the area, understandable. This taste so good. i want to eat it right out of the jar instead of wait to add to recipes! Just such a tiny jar of it.

Am I the only one that received a jar half empty?? It tastes amazing tho but so disappointed with how empty the jar was when I opened it.

I use this cream to fill my pistachio cookies and they are delicious. My customers love them.

Was so good only complaint is it had a weird smell at first before I mixed the jar up
