Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Lipstick, Blue Iris

Blue iris and midnight are the ones I'm wearing in the pictures. I adore them. I can kiss my dog and my other half and it doesnt come off! If I eat or drink it comes off a little but still looks good. I put 2 layers on to maximise coverage. Wicked price for such a great product.

I bought this as it was super cheap and didn't have high expectations. The colour is great, applies really smooth and dries down nicely and doesn't feel thick or tacky. Only issue I have with this is it starts to wear off quickly inside your lips, so you can see your natural lip colour in the centre of your lips. I tried reapplying and same thing happened so I think it's just one you have to keep topping up to keep the colour looking good.Would still recommend as it's dirt cheap compared to other companies.

Let's begin with the smell. Imagine the smell of an old ass taxi/cab with worn leather interior and that nasty little tree that's expired... Now put it in a bottle. That is the scent of this lipstick! It's honestly the worst smelling lipstick.The colour is completely fine but it doesn't stay put, and it doesn't feel nice on either, it's like having a weird clay lipmask or something.0/10 would recommend if you're seeking revenge.

Quite clumpy and also way more purple than blue, on photos it’s a darkish blue and in person it’s a violet shade but still a nice colour

Nice colour but for a liquid matte lipstick it is disappointing. Hard to apply on and is not long lasting

For the price it is AMAZING! The smell isn't pleasant, you need to layer it up and let it dry. But, once its on it is THERE. No budging, great colour and coverage. So impressive

Has a weird smell but other than that it is good value for money
