Very nice pump, actually provides a lot more power than I needed for my small hydroponic tower. I dialed it down to minimum output and it works well. Coupled with a continuous timer (sold separately by another seller) (5 minutes on, 20 off), this pump fits my needs perfectly and has growing room.When running, the pump is ultra quiet. Even when sitting right next to it, I barely notice it is running.Clearly this is a quality product. The one thing it lacked, for my needs, was a ¼" vinyl tube adapter, but I happened to have one, so I am happy.

Pump works great. The hose and fittings weren’t in box looked like box came open during shipment and fell out. Someone had halfway taped bottom back in the shipping process I don’t think it was companies fault. I called Amazon and they sent me another pump free of charge. I thought that was great service and I highly recommend the pump and thanks Amazon for the great service!

We ordered and it took 7 days of telling us it’s going to be a day late, it’s going to be a day late It’s going to be a day late. Finally, they stopped the order and re-ordered it again. The pump is good, but the company is not very unreliable on sending it out.

This little machine works. With the long tube that connects to the machine, I was able to have my kids 10ft long kiddy pool drained and cleaned. The only thing I’d had a hard time was the short chord. It has to be plugged in so I had to use an extension chord to get the job done. Not a big problem & overall satisfied with this purchase. Price was affordable too.

I normally won’t take a chance on new product from unknown brand but pump was exactly what I was looking for so took the chance- big mistake.Product feels substantial and I set in a bucket of water to test. It started to move some water but impeller stopped in a few seconds. Motor hums but impeller doesn’t move. It is nicely designed for user to inspect/clean/remove impeller and I found no obstructions and it turns freely by hand. Additionally:- I couldn’t find a support path to FreeSea except via a non-secure website which I wasn’t comfortable connecting to;- it comes with nice selection of fittings and decent length of approximately 5/8” flexible tubing.- annoyingly it has only rubber suction cups for the base. I really wanted rubber feet. The removable mounting base is nice feature though no use to me.- 1/2 inch fitting is a little small for my name brand vinyl tubing but the strangely sized 2/3 inch fitting worked with some extra effort.- documentation is sketchy and translation to English is pretty bad.- annoyingly there is no pump curve documentation (plot of flow/pressure/power consumption) but that is typical for these pumps.Returning the darn thing.
