This is a good quality product, easy to swallow and effective against inflammation within the body. I could clearly see results.And unless you are in really worse situation, just take 1 capsule a day with patience. Atleast helps with cost-effectivemess.Request the manufacturer though to bring down the cost, a bit on the expensive side. Thanks!
