Good - but does need heat activation
Have used this on coated nylon, coated polyester and Ventile cotton - gives a good water beading effect for a reasonable time. The packaging states that the hydrophobic effect is self-activating but I have found this is not 100% unless you use heat from tumble-drying - or use a hairdryer or steamer if the agreement cannot be tumbled.

Great product
Great product. Sprayed my North Face and Barbour jackets. Had a chance to test it in rainy weather with great success. There is no colour changes in garments just a faint odour which goes after a day or two after applying.Would definitely recommend for anyone and for any clothes.Baying two more for other jackets in the house.Thanks for reading

Used to re-proof my jacket, appear to work as expected. Haven't tested it in outdoor though.

Could be better
Bought two of these to use on a Musto jacket as they recommend this brand. One bottle was just the enough to go over the jacket once so I was unimpressed there. In addition, despite following the instructions to the letter, my coat still seems to absorb water rather than repel it. May need a second application of this repellent but that means it's starting to become an expensive treatment. Disappointed.

Complete waste of money
Complete waste of money.. It Just doesn`t work.I followed the instructions to the T.. made sure my coat was completely dry before wearing it after proofing... Seemed to work in very light rain but then the heavens opened... The coat just soaked up the water like a sponge.. So save your money people this product does not do what it says on the packet.I don`t know why people gave this product five and four stars!!! Maybe their wet gear didn`t need re-proofing in the first place, who knows.*** So be warned... This product does not work on all waterproof material ***

Works as well as you'd hope it to.
I watched a YouTube video from Arc'teryx and this was the spray he used. My Apha AR Jacket is like new. Would highly recommend.

It works
Waterproofed my sailing musto trousers with these and I have stayed dry even in very wet conditions. Easy to use.
