This is not good. I have tried of other brands as well such as pintola, kellogg's but I never caused gas or loose, watery stools and stomach pain issues. I am not continuing with the bought product as it's not healthy for me. I don't know that the problem is with me or with this particular product of a batch of the company. Also, they are sticked/glued as you can see in the image.
