Swear by it for fresh tattoo healing!
I am not sure how, but this stuff definitely makes fresh tattoos heal a LOT faster!Originally bought as I wanted a roll on type moisturiser to avoid greasy hands when healing new tattoos, hadnt heard of this before but now I absolutely swear by it.Since using tattoo butter I find my peeling stage starts as early as day 2, and is finished a few days later around day 5 or 6 — in contrast, when using other balms creams moisturisers etc.. I would say my peeling didnt start until atleast day 5, and would take much longer to finish.Personally, Its not my favourite for moisturising AFTER the healing stages, but for initial healing its amazing - definitely worth it!

A gift from heaven
I had my forearm tattooed, and after the membrane came off my arm was crawling with itchy hell. I ordered this and almost immediately the crawling stopped. It says to apply in a circular motion, but that didn’t feel right on my arm, so just applied in a line and then smoothed out with my finger.I would recommend this to anyone about to get a tattoo, it’s bloody marvellous,

Fab!
I was looking for a tattoo balm that was a roll on as I don’t really like the feel of creams etc. This popped up in my search, I did hum about the price, but actually it’s really worth the money. I’ve been using it on my fresh water colour tattoo I had done 6 days ago and I think it’s really helped the healing process, it’s kept it moisturised and it’s healed quicker than my first tattoo. It’s super nice to use, lovely packaging, quite a nice size too. It doesn’t have any smell to it, although like others have said when you put it on it does have a slight medical smell to it? But it doesn’t last long at all! And I quite like the smell.I rarely leave reviews now a days but I wanted to for this as it actually works and it’s much better than some other tattoo balms out there.I’m not sure if it’s making my other tattoo brighter as my other one isn’t that old anyway so it’s still bright.

Very effective
My husband and I previously used a well known brand especially for tattoo aftercare however we felt it took a long time for the full healing process and with it being a tube of cream, there was a lot of wastage. We're surprisingly impressed with this butter stick, easy to.apply and leaves the area feeling well moisturised. No hard scabbing, the excess ink is peeling away softly and the result within 8 days is my tattoo is almost fully healed. Very impressive indeed!! Highly recommend

Dont use on fresh tattoos for healing!!
Not good for fresh tattoos - Initially i used this on a tattoo that i done my usual healing routine with Bepanthen for the first week then the following week i used this and it was fine. Then i decided to use this on a fresh tattoo and it went infected. This was the only thing I done different and its the only time i have gone infected! Stick to what you have used in the past if it works, deal with the mess it brings
