Finding the right softness massage balls is not an easy task.Almost all balls are hard and made of plastic.Even if they write that they are soft, then they are average in softness, which is also not always necessary for training.These balls are the right softness, just right for meofascial release exercises.They are not very large in diameter, but this is quite enough for all exercises for the back, lower back, arms, legs and the like.In general, if your trainer tells you to buy soft massage balls with spikes, then these balls are definitely for you.Another convenient thing is that the ball is sold in sets of 1 piece, and not in a set, and you can simply easily buy 1, 2 or 3-4 balls.I’m writing this because so many sellers sell sets with 3 balls of different hardness.But for practice you usually need 2 balls of the same softness.Then you need to buy 2 sets, 6 balls, but this is not convenient, and other balls are simply not always needed by everyone.

I have been having terrible foot pain and purchased this ball based on reviews and a recommendation from my brother. He has used one of these along with a smooth ball for years. He uses it for pain, stretching and rolling/deep tissue work.I'm glad I got this as rolling my foot on it feels great!!! I have also used it on my husband for a massage and he loved it. It's smaller then a tennis ball and has plastic spikes. It has more give than the smooth ball I purchased that's similar. Super easy to use.

Used for chest and shoulder massage. I wish it was a little firmer, but it does the job and is a good value

Not the firmest ball so can’t really do too much with it but it is light an airy for certain things. But the product was not too bad

Learned how to use this in a PT yoga class. Its soft and gives a really nice massage for upper arms. I wish the ball came in different sizes. Love it

Love this little spikey massage ball! This is great for getting lymph moving in your body!! I use it all over my body gently rubbing it around on all my muscles. It feels great too! I was worried the spikes would be too much for me, but they don’t hurt at all! My son uses the same one for his feet! He plays soccer and this works great for him too!!

I bought this for a facial/body massage class. I thought it was weird at first. But….if you use it to massage over clothes it helps with circulation. After getting the hang of it - I think it’s fantastic

It's not bad, but feels a bit flimsy and makes squeaky noises when you use it. Also, the nubs can get tangled in your clothes and hair.
