Ingredients list from bottom of plastic case says: Mica, Sericite, Red Iron Oxide, Yellow Iron Oxide, Titanium Dioxide, Black Iron Oxide. The shade was Nutmeg, so not sure if the same ingredients apply to every shade available.

No not at all, use the primer for a more professional look. The foundation sticks beautifully with or without primer.

Q: Does anyone else have a problem with the mineral foundation looking cakey later in the day?

Yes, I have problem with it being cakey
