These really hold up well
My husband has rotator cuff weakness due to a car accident. We purchased these to use in our pool and they have really helped strengthen his upper arm. We would highly recommend these for physical therapy

I love these! I have bad shoulders so I had to give up swimming laps. But these are great for getting back in the pool and getting a little workout for my upper body without over doing it and injuring my shoulders!
