I think it's giving me more energy, but I'm not sure because I'm taking other supplements for energy as well. I just ordered my second bottle though, so I'll see how that goes. The good thing is, I'm not having a negative reactions to it, which is common for me.

Overall good pre-workout supplement in addition to the usual. If I take 2 (as indicated on the bottle), I get stronger lifts than without the supplement. Doesn't give me the jitters like some other stimulants. Yes, I would recommend.
