BlocEyewear Daytona Wrap Around Sports Sunglass - Shiny Black, 14 cm

I lost the silicone nose bridge for my last pair of Bloc glasses after about 20 years use. These have no detachable parts. They dim the sun but allow me to see when entering shade. Light, comfortable, look fine and sit close to the face preventing intrusion of sunrays.

These are wraparound shades for use when I'm driving. Look good, relatively inexpensive and fit well.

I bought these Bloc Daytona sunglasses to replace a much cheaper (under £10) pair, and my first impressions were that they are well worth the extra money. They feel well made and look great. The quality of the optics is excellent, cutting out a lot of bright light without any distortion. Colours seem just as vivid with the glasses on as they do without them, and the polarisation actually improves contrast in a lot of situations, making things like clouds in the sky really stand out. I use them daily for driving, and they do an excellent job of reducing glare from a wet road.The arms sit comfortably over my ears, but as others have mentioned, they are a fairly tight fit (this does not really bother me though as they are very lightweight and it means they feel secure whilst on my head with no slippage). One of the arms is also a bit tighter than I would like, which can make them slightly fiddly to put on one handed.Overall, these are a really nice pair of sunglasses, and excellent value for money.

Lost my Oakley's in the sea whilst in Costa Rica (very sad). I needed to replace them as soon as, so I searched everywhere for a decent pair of Wrap Around Polarized Sunglasses. Found the Bloc Daytona on several sites, the reviews seemed good, I still had doubts as I'd like to try them on before I buy if possible, especially sunglasses. The price seemed to be too cheap for them to be any good, oh heck took the risk. Ordered late Saturday arrived Monday and that was on free delivery---amazed. I know I've only had them for a short period, but to me the quality is very good--the fit is superb, overall I'm 101% satisfied with these sunglasses, if they only last half as long as the Oakley's (7 years) I'll feel more than pleased with the purchase. How they are produced for the price I just don't know. Will probably buy another pair in 2016 when these have had a bit more of a testing out.

Very good quality sunglasses and well priced

So this is the 6th pain I’ve owned. But the same problem happens each time. Day 2 of holiday, 22 degrees heat and the ends come away, every pair I’ve owned have done the same albeit not as quickly. I love the glasses but the ear prices just don’t seem robust. Shame as the glasses are so good. Not sure I’ll buy my 7th pair

I purchased these to replace my previous pair of Bloc polarised sunglasses lost on a recent holiday. I have not been disappointed - quality is good and vision through the polarised lenses every bit as good as other makes much more expensive. I particularly like the wraparound style which works really well when worn in conjunction with a motorcycle helmet. Not quite as snug fitting as my previous pair which felt more secure on my head but still perfectly useable. great value for money.
