Great quality and incredible detail, well worth the money
Spent a long time trying to find a nice set online. Most nice sets are very expensive, are smaller in size, and the pieces aren't as nice as the ones contained in this set.I was very impressed with the level of detail and the quality. The pieces felt weighted and are made of resin but look metallic, not some cheapo plastic. The packaging is nice. It came with an extra set of queens. The game board itself despite being made of cardboard is very sturdy, has nice edges, and is felted on the bottom. You can tell a lot of care went into designing this. Would 100% recommend!

Nice Egyptian Chess Pieces
I bought this mainly for the pieces to use for a different game, a "Marble Board" game. The pieces are designed & articulated nicely. Strong & durable, can't believe they would be damaged very easily...period. Tab bit heavy, but that's what you get for a full-casted piece in resin. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. Is the price reasonable?...Mmm...Maybe?

Love the design of the pieces. The board could be better but overall a good buy. If one of your pieces ever breaks, you can use nail glue to fix it.

Detailed and Heavy
This set is looks so much more expensive than it was! Very detailed and well made. Heavy bottoms with felt and the look and feel of metal without the cold. They fit perfectly on our wooden 16” board and they stay seated. They even give you that lovely sound when you move. Excellent price at $32. Great set, we love em! Thank you :)UPDATE: They are fragile and will break if dropped hard….. ☹️

Looks good but cheap pieces
Dropped some pieces and they broke right away. They are made or a cheap brittle plastic. Other than that it is stylish and I like it.

Beautiful, intricate chess set
Unique, and cool chess set features Egyptian kings, queens and pawn characters in beautiful pewter and copper colors. Makes a great gift for a chess fanatic. Our boys love the cool factor of this chess set.

For the price I expected better. Cute figurines but very cheap looking. Crappy playing board. Kind of disappointed for what I paid
