Gives me energy and curbs the appetite. Helps me to loose weight. Trouble is, getting harder to find. Sam's don’t carry them anymore, Publix just told me they discontinued them. So I was glad to find these through Amazon. I also was glad to find these again have both chia & flax seeds. Get good doctor reports on blood work because of those chia seeds.

These are chewy and so flavorful. It makes a great snack if you have the munchies and curbs your appetite at the same time .

These Aussie Bites were originally found at a local store. However, when I went to get more, they were out. At the time, I had to limit myself to two a day.Not only are they delicious, but they are extremely healthy! So far, I have turned about 10 people into big fans of this food.
