Nice lemon flavor + a small business
My favorite tea is Earl Gray, and I also enjoy Twining's lady Gray, Bigelow Lemon Lift and some others. I was looking for the perfect sweetener and I think I found it. The lemon note in this honey has a nice tartness and enhances all those different tea blends, plus it would be great for a cold season honey lemon tea or a ginger tea. The color of the honey is little darker than I was expecting and as is pictured, but it is not a strong flavored honey, more nicely mild. I would like to try other honeys from this company, I visited their website and they look like a fascinating small business I would be happy to support!

Spice up your tea.
With this added to my spice tea, bring out wonderful taste. And it’s great value for the money.

It crystalized
I bought this because the other brand I was buying was out of stock. This honey is not supposed to crystallize but this brand has. It’s the reason for one star. The other brand never crystallized.

Not much lavender taste
Very delicious but I could hardly taste the lavender.

Taste like soap
I'm sure others would probably enjoy it but the lavendar one tastes like honey and soap. Reading other reviews I was under the impression that it would be crystallized, which I enjoy. I was very disappointed with how clear the honey was.

Wonderful, and works so well in salad dressing! I've included a great recipe, with my review.
I had never tried truffle honey before. I had never even heard of it, until recently. I added this in with some other ingredients to make a dressing. It was on another level, delicious!Highly recommend. 10 stars. (Do not refrigerate the truffle honey. Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature).Lemon basil vinaigrette & truffle honey dressing:2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar1/2 tablespoon truffle honey (I used what I'm reviewing)!1/2 clove finely minced garlic1/4 teaspoon dried basilCombine all ingredients and whist well to incorporate. DO refrigerate the dressing!And I made a wonderful strawberry / arugula salad using these ingredientsArugulaToasted pine nutsStrawberries - sliced thinFeta cheese or blue cheeseSimple, both the dressing and the salad. But oh so good! :-)
