Yes it's 70 mm and the hole in the middle is 23 or 24 mm I am measuring it with a rule so it's hard to be exact, I dint think it will matter much anyway

Q: Anyone fitted one on an Armitage Shanks toilet?

Yup and it doesn't work. In my case the seat that the rubber fitted against was slightly warn, really not noticeable until you got the magnifying glass out. I believe this is a design fault, I would recommend ripping it out and replacing with a different make. I spent ages trying to get my Siamp working but in the end gave up.

No this won't fix it, this part is the valve that allows the flush of water from the cistern to toilet bowl.
