Cute, soft, and hot. Settings are good. But when u first turn it on, it heats up all the way then down to the setting chosen. Stains also come off easily.

Perfect size and love the color and size its not to big but not to small and like the different levels of heat it has and it helps so much with cramps and back pain and compared to other prices at the store I think the pricing isn’t bad at all

I Love this heating pad. It’s plush, warm, a nice relaxing color and LARGE! It also comes from a solid company, that I trust. Pure Enrichment has one of the best customer service policies and the best agents! This pad in particular doesn’t get quite as hot as some of their other xxl heating pads. All and all it’s still better than most other brands! Kudos !!!

Love this heating pad .It gets nice and hot. Not like other ones on the market that get Luke warm. It is very soft and plush. I will purchase again.

I had anther model by same company that died within the first year and they replaced under warranty...well the replacement has died after couple years...Ii think past warranty. Thought I'd try this model....it's bigger...plusher and has a different temp control(which is the thing that went bad on the other ones. At times it seems not to get as hot as the ones before, but it may be due to the material. We will see if this one holds up!

I bought the pad for keeping lady-toes warm during a massage. I will use it in a pillowcase to prevent oil contamination.I removed the pad from the box, set it flat, and turned it on 6, high. I felt warmth in 20 seconds. It did heat to 140F measured with a thermocouple. Then I folded the pad onto itself with the thermocouple in the crease of the fold. Temperature reached 194F.The size seems perfect for my application. The posted reviews do not mention the pad plug disconnecting like I read in other pad reviews. It takes a significant effort to unplug. I do not plan on washing in a machine.I am and was disappointed the wattage is not posted in the About This Item bullet points for this or any pad I looked at which is a true measurement of performance (see attached photo). Watts / total square inch = watts per sq. in. This will reveal the warmth experienced in use. The same is true to extend the metaphor to lighting using lumens as a measurement for performance.I can feel the heating wires yet not too bad. Pad is flexible yet is not as rubbery as some. It is best to roll a heating pad parallel to the wires to prevent excessive bending of the wires. Folding is not wise as copper wires work harden when bent.The pad did shut off in about two hours. The high temp (6) light flashes when it times out and is the only light on at this time. The power light is the temp light(s).
