This is the second aerial booster of this make I have purchased. The previous one lasted 10 years. This booster has improved my reception brilliantly, on an old digital T.V. not a smart one. It took less than 30 seconds to set up and is small enough not to be noticeable. It is well made and slim. Highly recommended.

Had an issue with a poor signal and used this for 'last hop' amplification.The variable gain was useful as the TV fails with too strong a signal, so can adjust to get most gain without being too strong.

But cheaply made but works well

It does what it should. Quite small and neat. Works well improving the TV signal. Easy to set up.

Worked great to start with but lost itv and it's sister programmes after three months

The adjustment knob was set to the minimum on arrival. Having connecting everything, I began to turn it clockwise to increase the gain. It felt stiff, then suddenly snapped at the base. If somehow I overtightened it to the max, and this is why it snapped, then the amplification gain at it's highest is pitiful. It maybe increase the signal to the TV by 1.5xI don't think it was set to the max because the indicator arrow was only about 1/2 way when it went. So, maybe the amplification is stronger at its max, but well, the knob broke so it's a waste of money anywayWhy the connection as the base of the knob is smaller than the diameter of the whole knob is a mystery, but it's poor engineering

Good quality

Moved into a flat and connecting to the shared aerial, but could only get a few channels that were glitchy and cutting out. Used this booster and sorted issue completely. Now get all the channels and hardly any issues with picture quality. One point to note, it does not include a coax cable to run from booster to wall socket, so purchase one to complete the install.
