Arrange refund/return process.
No washer available it is useful for 2" thikness dor. It is no use below 2" thikness door. Its price is so high as per market rate. Quality is good. Please arrange refund/return process.

Extremely poor quality
Received a broken piece(lens and front assembly was all broken and coming out) after a week of ordering it. Took another 5 days to receive a replacement which again was broken. I lost hope and fixed it with feviquik before installing it.So think before ordering this product, you will only lose time like I did.
