When to change out water or antifreeze? After certain amount of used or hours?

the instructions say to use distilled water, so you should check it and keep it topped off, but it should not need to be changed unless you see impurities in it

Can you use this for mini 1.9l or full size scuba tanks and is an adapter required?

The manufacturer states you can fill a 6L tank and it can run 5 hrs. Continuously though I only used it to fill my 90ci buddy bottle. I never timed it but it takes about 15 min. To top my bottle off from 3k to 4.5k and works off car battery as well so topping off my tank at the range is a breeze

How to get tech support about antifreeze leaking out the bottom after 1 fill?

I would just take the cover off and look for a loose hose clamp.
