Q: Do these glasses come with the case and cloth bag for the sunglasses?

When purchasing from Amazon they come with a cardboard folding case! Unlike my Maui Jims from years ago which were in a hinged hard case. Yes, you will get a cloth.

Q: Can women wear these sunglasses?

Aloha! Each Maui Jim Sunglasses style is only available in one size. The World Cup is considered a large fit, unisex style. Mahalo!
