Awesome
Great purchase, my little one loves it so much. The only downside is it isn't like your normal flat pack and does require your own tools and some drilling, although time consuming to build it is doable with an two people so bring beers :)

Solid but…
It is solid and great for the kids however some of the holes were drilled incorrectly and thus slightly off, requiring a lot of extra work. Also there were a couple of nuts missing. Finally the large cross beam and two other pieces of wood were cracked or damaged. I had to use wood filler on the cross beam and another piece is just missing a chunk.

Worst delivery experience and customer service
For some reason the delivery company split our order. The first part was delivered fine. However we were not told that this wasn't the full order or that they had split it. On delivery of the first part of the order this closed the tracking down so we were completely in the dark about where the rest of the order was. It took 3 days and multiple conversations with plum to resolve this issue. Basically they just didn't want to know. The issue was finally resolved after 3 days but I had to call multiple times. What should be a magical gift for my boys became a bit of a nightmare for me and my wife. I would never use plum again never have I experienced such poor customer services. On day one of my calls the operator refused to escalate my issue to a manager. By day 3 it finally was. All Plum needed to do was acknowledge there was an issue with the tracking, re send me the missing box so new tracking was issued. And then they could have resolved the issue with the delivery company instead of involving me. DONT USE PLUM IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER YOU WILL BE PUT THROUGH THE RINGER. Just to update the rest of my order has not come. Just want my money back at this point

The instructions wasn’t clear and the numbers on the wood was soo blur

Great set for the garden
Took some time to put up & had to buy a socket set to be able to get it together.not preserved so had to paint it all first .grand children love it & it's not too big .
