Ample power (20ah), reasonable charging (3a/h), dimensions as advertised
Perfect for modding a razer sx500 or a 650 to achieve significantly more range and speed when paired with a 48v motor. Some work was required to install the new motor but it fits the frame. This 20ah battery fits on the existing sx 500 or 650 battery tray with minimal mods (just need to bend tray edge outwards 1/8" check the dimensions to confirm in case anything changes over time. Opted against the 25ah option because dimensions/size appeared too large for existing tray. Result of adding this 20ah battery is a huge improvement in range, speed, and duration compared with the 4x12v (=48v) NiCd batteries the bike was previously modded with by a prior owner. This battery paired with a new replacement 2000w 48v motor (removing the original 32v motor) improves performance greatly. Speedometer app shows top speed 30-35 mph. Highly recommend, great performance. Timely and safe shipping, reliable delivery. Buy a helmet, too!

Great Upgrade from Lithium Ion 18650 Based Batteries.
BtrPower LiFePo4 Battery is great and solved some big issues for my ebiking. First, is the safety factor. LiFePo4 doesn't self-combust like the 18650s can. If you've seen the videos or news on that issue then you know. 2nd it doesn't overheat and shut down like by stock battery did. That's better than self-combustion but still a possibly dangerous annoyance. 3rd is cost. My bike has a proprietary type battery, Reention Max, in the frame style. There are no parts available and they cost about 3x as much as this battery and there is no way to get the mounting bracket for them even from the manufacturer (I've been looking for years). It's cheaper to buy a new bike than new batteries. Yep, not kidding. This BtrPower Battery solved that with lots of money to spare and I can mount it however I like. Win, Win, Win for me. I used that extra money to put dual-wheel motors on the bike! This battery runs a 1500W rear motor. It goes 20 miles at 42 mph pulling a trailer. On the front 1000W motor I use the stock battery on a separate controller and throttle for going quicker in traffic or up hills. It's nice to have a redundant system just in case. Wait there's more! These guys are great to work with and they'll respond super fast and solve any issues right away. I'm probably going to double my BtrPower LiFePo4 Battery to double my mileage! Also, you just plug these in and charge them up, unlike the 18650s where you have to buy an expensive charger that charges to only 80% or 90% if you want them to last. That alone is worth the change of chemistry. Add the safety factor and it's an easy choice. I'm all about LiFePo4 now and these guys doing it right. Pics - The battery is inside the HF box inside the trunk with no heat issues. The charger fits in the box with some tools too. Super easy to carry up a bunch of stairs this way. BtrPower Up!

48V 30AH, Works like a champ on 48V Ryobi mower
This battery was on back-order for some time but I finally got it! I have to say, I did have a lot of communication from the company letting me know it was on back-order and that was particularly nice to get. Most other companies wouldn't communicate as well. This Ryobi 48V Brushless 30 in. 50 Ah mower came with (4) 12V lead acid batteries and worked well for about 2 years before the batteries just died. I was able to replace all 4 with this one LiFePO4 and have it work just as well even though it's only 30AH. With this one, I can discharge 80% or so and the lead acid can only really go 50% so this makes up for having less AH.So far, I can mow 1/3 acre at least twice on one charge. I haven't tried going to the point of having the battery die on me but this is more than enough to mow before charging.Great battery and a simple, but effective charger too. Well worth it!

Much better then I expected. For sure I would buy again!
First, let me get the negative out of the way. The item arrived without the discharge and charger port connected, which was disappointing for someone like me who isn't mechanically inclined. However, I was easily able to connect the supplied charger port. It would be nice if they gave you the option to tell them what ports you wanted for your discharge port (they supplied the 50a power-pole but my bike takes the 30 amp). If they give you that option customize connections, I missed it.I have three ebikes and typically purchase my batteries from Luna Cycle and always had a fear of being ripped off from other vendors who sell batteries, but got sick of Luna Cycle always being out of stock. I am so glad they were out of stock because I found a new favorite battery vendor. I ordered the 48v battery but they sent me the 52v battery., 30ah and it was fully charged. It was marked 48v, but I confirmed by testing the battery and charger they are infact 52v (safely charges to 58v before cut off - making it 52v). It was so big it barely fit in my Topeak bag. I am a big Clydesdale rider and me and my bike (Day 6 Samson) likely weigh close to 400lbs, and further, I live in Greater Seattle with lots of hills and as a result, I am very hard on my batteries. The battery shipped from California and reached my house in only a few days after ordering it. This thing is a beast, and way better then any battery I've ever owned, even though this was easily the cheapest battery I've purchased (I paid 489 w/o tax). I've abused this battery looking for a reason to test it out by riding my bike in high peddle assist, using the throttle for long stretches at nearly 30 mph, tackled steep hills, and after 60 miles of riding, I still had 50v (tested with my volt meter). Further, since I was use to using a 48v Luna Whale Shark 17.5 ah, I noticed that not only does this battery have double the range, but my bike feels slightly faster/more responsive (it could be because even though they say the battery is 48v, they actually ship a 52 volt)?
