Pretty good by all accounts
Turned out really well, very happy with the quality of beer. Flavour is good, and after bottling the beer was very lively (I added 50% more bottling sugar than the recipe suggested). For a pilsner you will need more sugar than comes in this pack, the recipe is 1.5kg for 5 gallons, whereas you receive 1kg with this bundle. Please be aware of this before you start.The only bad point is that the instructions are a pain to get to given the label's tendency to rip. These are all accessible for free from the Young's brew website so it's not really an issue, but worth knowing if you see the label issue on other reviews.

Colour, smell, taste
I made under as with all kits that are 1.5kg I also added 200g castor sugar as well as the 1kg brewing sugar you get with this, og 1.056 if finishes at around 1.010 6.2% have some saaz hops to add later for more aroma taste, it's a pilsner and those are meant to be strong in strength. Now just sit back and wait 7/10 days

Nere impossible to get the label of without lising the detailed on the reverse.
I bought this item due to reviews. I have been fairly disappointed with the products instructions. As you can see from the photos you get detailed instructions on the inside of the label. My problem was when you tryed to open the label down the dotted line the glue is situated too far each way and makes it near impossible to get the label of without ripping all the instructions of the back. I just managed but lost alot of start of each line. I have made it and will update later on how its come out.
