These supplements are in the form of capsules which are easy to swallow.I like the pot which is packed full of capsules, so no wasted space and the flat shape makes it easy to store.Taking one per day gives more than 100% of the RDA of vitamin C so I was concerned that the directions say take 1-3 per day - why would anyone do that and instructions like this only cause confusion.At one per day (which is what I will take) this costs 11p per day which is about average for vitamin C tablets.Happy with these but clearer instructions would be preferred.

I've been very happy with these, it's great to get Vitamin C from a natural source, and 4 months supply for (at the time of writing, £9.75) is a fair price for a British-made quality supplement.The packaging makes it easy to post through the letterbox and is easy to store. I'd happily buy these again.

Return to this again and again it's hard to find supplements, that don't irritate my gut(colitis), easily absorbed, not synthetic Asorboc acid (cheap to produce) but the real thing, from actual berries
