Love these! I live with pretty serious chronic back pain and shoes are a serious business for me. I walk a trail with my dog every morning and come to find out that trail shoes have pretty much zero arch support. These fixed that. Great pain relief! I bought another pair and brought a pair of running shoes back to life by replacing the 6 month old original insoles that were no longer helping me too. All you have to do is cut these to size and they fit great, and give good cushioning and arch support. I’ve had no problems with my feet slipping and they’re cheap enough that even if they don’t last very long, I think they’re still a better deal than the $50+ insoles

I’m not a fan of inserts you have to cut. I am a left handed girl living in a scissors-for-right-handed-people’s-world! So, note to lefties: use a box cutter or exacto knife. As long as you cut it well the fit for an average size 8 is great. I can use this in snow/hiking/fancy boots, running or athletic shoes, and other casual closed toe shoes like “Bobs” or “Toms”, for example. The pain relief is so great I definitely know when I need to replace these because my lower back immediately starts to hurt. They last me about 6 months so if you are super active/go to the gym every day, or spend a lot of time on concrete, you may need to replace them more often. I’m giving these 4 stars because I do wish they lasted longer, but for the price point and quality I think it’s a good deal.

These are very comfortable and give great support. I put them in a pair of boots that the bottoms were getting slippery and flat. These helped so much and gave added arch support. Just cut to your size and put it in the shoe you want. Easy!

Liked them much better than some $50 ones I ordered. They are not just a hard rock they have very good, thin squishy padding throughout the bottom, a hard plastic arch which is somewhat flexible and a very excellent heel cup. Since they are cut to size I recommend making a little adjustment to the length to fudge it a bit if the arch seems too far back on your foot. Also IMPORTANT is adjust them in your shoes so they are "level" for your feet that can make a huge difference in comfort as you can pull the arch a bit further to the inside of the foot. Also if they work buy a pair for each pair of shoes and cut them to the size of the inside of that shoe for best results. They're twelve bucks and you'd be surprised at how different the inside volume and even length of different shoes can be even in the same size.Work with them -- think about what you want and how to make them work for you. These are the BOMB and I'm back to buy more.I just bought six different insoles ranging from . . .I think this is the cheapest up to $60 and these are by far the best for me. Very impressive product and I will buy replacements in a couple of months if necessary because that's the way life is you can't just leave the old ones in there forever.Hope this helps someone. Not what I expected. Making feet hurt more. Maybe more arch support than I need because that is what hurts the most. Low back doesn’t fatigue as fast or as much now though. So it works. If you have flat feet I would choose something else though
