Dr Zero Zero AmarNo is an award-winning non-alcoholic Italian amaro crafted from a blend of seven digestive botanicals including sage, wormwood, and quinine. Designed to deliver the rich, bitter complexity of traditional amari without alcohol or hangover, it serves perfectly neat, on the rocks, or as a base for cocktails and mocktails. Packaged in an elegant bottle with an improved twist-off cap, AmarNo offers a sophisticated, health-conscious alternative for after-dinner enjoyment and gifting.

Excellent Mock Manhattan
Impressive...not watered down, botanical and strong. Although I have a great non alcoholic whiskey on hand (I recommend Spiritless Kentucky 74 for mocktail whiskey sours) this made a far better substitute in my mocktail Manhattan. I added it to a shaker with non alcohol rosso and non alcohol bitters (All That Bitters) and served it straight up. Excellent if you are voiding spirits.

Decent substitute for amaro except poorly designed packaging.
This is quite an adequate non-alcohol replacement for my beloved Amaro after dinner. Dropped a star because the bottle cap is not well designed, and the second order of 3 bottles (for gifts) came with leakage all over.

Great tasting, not at all sweet or sticky
I am so happy to find an Amaro replacement I enjoy with no alcohol. I mixed this with a non-alcoholic whisky and some spicy bitters and had a fantastic N/A Black Manhattan. The flavor of this is very herby and astringent in a good way, not at all fruity, jammy, or sweet. I look forward to mixing other cocktails or even just trying it on its own.A home run for me.

Sweet, barely bitter
It’s a fading memory of sipping Cynar as your violet perfumed Goth granny smokes the stub of yesterday’s clove cigarette. This might appeal to you if you take your Campari neat or are an Italian hummingbird. It has mild astringent herbal notes, but it tastes nothing like the big bitter of Fernet Branca.Jury is out on whether it cures what ails ya after over indulging with a big meal.

Most satisfying after-dinner NA option I have tried
I have tried several NA options as an after-dinner digestif. This has by far been the most satisfying I have tried. I have found a couple other good options for before-dinner (aperitif) but most of those are turned into a spritz which is not what I am looking for after dinner. This one has a great round mouth feel and a rich flavor that doesn't feel watered down. It is also not totally outside the typical flavor profile like some others that can be too assertive or ginger forward. In fact, the flavor is almost exactly what I would expect and I don't really notice the lack of alcohol. After Dryuary, I plan to play with it to create lower-ABV cocktails by using it instead of a typical Amaro or sweet vermouth. All in all, I am really enjoying it and very pleasantly surprised.

Not recomended
I have tried different NA beverages including, wines, beers, and spirits. I did not return it because I open it, but I should get my money back. It tastes like medicine, is bitter, the sugar was an attempt to mask the taste. I do not recommend it. However, I have tried Beckett's Amaretto and Whiskey they are really, really good!

Too sweet and simple for me
I enjoy herbal digestifs like Chartreuse and Fernet-Branca, with bitter mysterious flavors and high alcohol content. Many dinner guests who are not familiar with them find them a pleasant surprise. However many people don't drink, or don't want a strong drink after dinner, so a non-alcoholic version seemed like a good idea.Unfortunately, I don't care for this one. It has a strong, sweet, liquorish flavor, with a bitter aftertaste. Strong and bitter are fine, and there's nothing wrong with liquorish, but I like digestifs that are not too sweet and have more complex flavors with balanced herbal notes. This product strikes me as more similar to the flavorings people add to coffee than an after-dinner drink. I can also think of some uses for it in cocktails, although I haven't tried any of them. But tastes differ, especially for unusual after-dinner liqueurs, so you might like this one.

Surprisingly legitimate
I've routinely had 'meh' experiences with n/a preparations and was pleasantly surprised by this.ZeroZero AmarNo is a very competent facsimile of an amaro. It's not a copy of a *great* amaro, hence 4/5 stars, but it works fine. It also mixes well 1:1 with vodka.
