I bought these instead of the lactaid brand I usually buy since the price was less and they recommend taking less of them. They work great and I’m saving money since I have to take these any time I eat or drink food with lactose (milk) in it like cheese on Pizza or butter or milk in desserts. I am lactose intolerant.

Pretty good value. Seems to do the trick. The pills are small, white and circular, like a tiny piece of chalk (as opposed to the plastic gel caps others use).

Good price. Works well as brand name. Disintegrates easily.

If you are lactose intollerant like I am but want to eat dairy products reguardless, then this is it.Haven't had a stomach ache after dariy ever since this product.

This product is 3000 fcc units but is listed as 1 serving 1 capsule (lactase products are 9000 fcc, and you may need 2 or more pills depending on the severity) so the product is misleading in that sense. the product is also non-returnable so I'm stuck with it now.I will adjust the dosage myself but I have essentially paid this price for 180 tablets rather than 360.

If you're lactose intolerant but want to enjoy your dairy protein sources, this is a a great option. The small 3000 FCC ALU tablets mean I can carry a few around with me when I travel or go to restaurants and take the right amount for the given meal.For reference, after doing my research, I'm pretty sure this is the lowest cost per dose on Amazon for dairy relief (when purchased at $19.99)
