Works great! Came with everything to get started
Came with everything needed to get started, rocks, grit, instructions, even a replacement pulley. Has a built in timer so you know when to change out the grits.

Rock crazy!
This is a great product. I bought this for my grandson. He loved it if I’m that hard to wait to see the rocks at the next stage the stuff that comes with it is really nice. I’m glad they provide it. The instructions are very clear. Easy to run would definitely buy again

Fails to opperate under any load
The tumbler looks good quality, but barely spins under any load, and says "E" on the display and stops if more than 1/8th full. Less than 1/8th full and the tumbler is too light and skips over the roller and doesn't spin at all. So your too options are failure or different failure. I spent a good hour or two trying every possible load and combination of water and the rocks it came with trying to find a magical ratio and balance where the motor wouldn't just give up or be too light to spin. When taking off the back to check the belt and such, there was a loose screw just hanging out in there. Anyway, after wasting way too much time on it, it's now in a pile in the basement by the garbage where it belongs.

Received this 6/30, it worked for 3.5 weeks then stopped. We returned the item and asked for a replacement but have only received some packages of more grit. Where is our polisher please??
