These are tiny and easy to take. Very good value for money and no bad stomach which I normally get from this particular vitamin, very pleased, will order again. I think possibly giving more energy but time will tell.

These are the cheapest B12 supplements that I have come across yet seem to still contain an appropriate mid level amount of the vitamin.You only need to take one each day and the tablets are tiny so easy to swallow. The only criticism I have is that they are so tiny I need to get out more than I need.I like the pouch as it is easy to store and recycle. It is also easy to stand up in my cupboard with my other supplements.
