Excellent quality, lots of bonuses and a great price.
Ordered 3 at once for my cats. They are very well made. Extra bonuses of the pillow insert (which can be removed from the harder part to wash.) Came with an updated brush (has the push button to release the hair.) Nail clippers are the type we currently use and also has a travel dish for water or food. My cats are 12, 14 and 15 pounds and fit comfortably in there. The two bigger cats liked the security of not flopping around inside but were able to sit upright and turn around. Four different zipper openings (3 which cat can get in and out of and 1 where I'm able to pet them for comfort.) Great price for a great item.

This is a great carrier!
This carrier is exactly what I hoped it would be. The material is soft and it's well made. I like the accessories that came with it as well.

Too small, but well made.
This was too small for what I wanted. I don’t know how this is the size for pets to fly on airplanes. Like crazy tight. Def measure first! But it would have been a fab deal and it’s well made. If it fits your pet.
