One reviewer complained the flights were too thin and would not stay in the shaft. Anyone else have that issue?

it's possible that your shafts are worn out, i had the same problem with flights coming out until i changed the shafts.

Does the set come with all the flights pictured?

I believe it came as pictured, 30 Sets different designs, 3 flights per set, total 90 pieces. The set turned out to be really good. I would recommend.

Where is this made/manufactured?

I'll be honest; I don't remember. I will say this, however; the flights are sturdy and each wing feels the same. So far, I'm only using 1 set. It's still seems brand new! The way I see it, these flights are made so well; I will probably die before I can use them all! Lol (I'm in my late 50s)
