Excellent purchase, arrived on time
Sorry for the delay in writing my review, I wanted to wait until I had worn them for a bit and also to show to my hand therapist. My verdict is as follows: Excellent purchase, arrived on time. My palm size is 8 inch, ordered medium, looked really small, but don't be put off by this because they did fit and are compression gloves so need to be a snug fit. My hands are not slim either. I noticed after one day's wear that my hands were less stiff. I'm 44 and have osteo arthritis and as such attend hand therapy at the hospital, I showed this to the therapist (the lead therapist) and she said I should continue using them and encourages her patients to buy such a product as it keeps hands warm, which arthritis sufferers will know that heat helps. The gloves also come with grip, so if like me you have poor grip this is very good. I am pleased but I do have one small criticism, the base of my right thumb was sore after prolonged wear on the first day, felt like I was going to get a blister but on the second day this didn't happen. Perhaps my hand was getting used to the compression, also I am right handed and use this hand far more than the left. Overall I would recommend this, after all arthritis can't be cured so anything to ease pain and stiffness is a welcome relief. Some reviews mentioned they were not well made and fell apart at the seems etc. I have not found this and mine are still intact and I wear them daily and occasionally overnight too. I find this very helpful because in the mornings when I wake my hands are generally stiff, like claw hand and wearing these overnight has helped with this. Also these gloves help when I use my hands and fingers a lot during the day, for example, cleaning, cooking, using the computer etc. they do ease the stiffness. Not overly expensive either. I would say buy them if they work for you great, if not then they were not too pricey so you have everything to gain and not much to lose in my humble opinion.

Pretty great but not perfect
I really like this product after using it for a few hours.Pros* Hands are warm and compressed, helping with discomfort when typing.* The grippy pads keep larger objects from sliding around in my grip* The gloves feel well made, with material finished off well at the edges - i don't feel like these will fall apart quickly* support for fingers, hands and wristsCons* The label is help tightly to my skin, making it quite uncomfortable. It can be removed but it would be better it the brand was simply printed on the wrist* The finger length on the pinky is comparatively long compared to the other fingers and could use shortening by a cm. I may get used to this over timeoverall i really like these with a little bit of label removal

Almost okay
Gloves are as described and the fit was good (large) and for me the warmth and compression were also good. Unfortunately the gloves were finished poorly with a small hole in one finger where the stitching ‘missed’ and several loose threads.

Three years of daily use and still up to the task(s) required
I thankfully do not suffer from Arthritis, but none the less made good long term use of these gloves for multiple reasons:• Stop my iPhone slipping from my hands• Still able to authenticate myself via biometrics• Maintain dexterity when handling goods and cash• Prevent hands from chapping during cold months• Non-slip:I bought these gloves as a sort of insurance policy: a prevention being preferable to a cure. The tactility of the inner palm detailing was designed to add grip for those having lost some of their natural ability. For myself it was to make sure that I had a good grip on my iPhone over long periods, which can fatigue the arm after some time.Moving into Autumn, and heading for winter, with the wind howling 1000ft+ above sea level where I now live, I am writing this review some three years later and can confirm that for around the two years of daily use (even during the warmer summer months) that the iPhone never slipped from my hands, to recollection.Although I had a bumper case, I seldom had any fears of the iPhone sliding from my palms, so it passed that test!• Biometrics:Back in 2015 (and being a diehard 5S-form user, despising the larger screen smartphones flooding the market at the time) and even now, the method of authenticating oneself on an iDevice was via a biometric fingerprint scanner, and so that had to be taken into consideration when choosing gloves. At work, where I used these gloves for most of the waking day, I also had to pass through a separate biometric scanner to get into the staff only area. These gloves accommodated both of those security requirements without need to learn new behaviour, or any other kind of inconvenience.• Dexterity:Not being a NASA spaceman I wasn't used to anything impeding my hand's dexterity (and I do not suffer from Arthritis) and so didn't want anything too wooly, itchy, plump etc... impeding my movement - I'm a very hands on person; I'm good with my hands. I never found myself impeded by the design of these gloves, they supported me, working for me, and have maintained their original design parameters well over the years. These gloves are made from thin material, they are also tailored in a manner of which obliges the hands to conform to a certain posture, as you could imagine, it's like wearing tight military uniform, which I got used to (and they're still obliging in that way three years on).• The Cold:I worked a lot with cash and physical goods (working on tilling) and was able to count and manage customer change without issue as the finger tips were removed. However, working near the front door of a shop the cold wind would blow in and that dry air was punishing - so I needed to protect my hands from getting chapped.Gloves alone (especially of a thin material) will not prevent chapping as well as fully covered thermal ones, but using hand cream I managed to survive several winters. If the bad weather came then the door would be closed as a matter of respect (or, I would just close it myself), but these still added a later of insulation on the cold days, when hands could seize up.Conclusion:After thee years, and daily commercial use for around two of them, now turning into daily domestic private use during the colder months, I am very impressed with the reinforced stitching around the finger tips, of which only on the little finger (on my less dominant hand) the thread has begun to come away. For heavy lifting in a commercial setting, I would of course remove the gloves and use an appropriate pair. But for normal daily use I could spend much of the day with them on. They are a dark grey colour and suit a neutral palette, so they don't stand out from uniform very much. However, if eating, it would be wise to remove them (and wash one's hands) as the foods could perfume the gloves all too easily. I found hand washing them under the sink tap with some washing up liquid would be all it took to manage this material. For those working in the dying position of bricks & mortar tilling I would recommend them, especially for the criteria I personally needed (business can be slow and an iPhone really shows it's worth in that environment). They may be marketed towards those more disadvantaged than normal, but I think they have a wider market in practice.UPDATE : 22nd April, 2022After on -and-off usage, these gloves have come to their natural end, that is 2385 days of ownership (6 years, 6 months and 11 days) and I can wholeheartedly recommend these for everyday use, and keeping your hands warm, whilst also working on a computer.I shall be reordering some more..
