Q: Does it work on jesmonite?

Yes - this also provides a great finish on Jesmonite and Terrazzo.

Q: Is this a sealant that can be used for homemade candle vessels made from aquacast?

Yes - our varnish can also be used on eco resins such as aqua cast. If you would like a varnish that is appropriate for the outside of candle vessels we recommend you use our candle varnish.

Q: Does this work on polymer clay?

Yes - this can be used to also varnish polymer clay.

Q: Does this give a genuinely matte finish? Is there any sheen at all?

I found it gave a very matte finish on air dry clay. The only criticism I would mention is that it darkens or intensifies the original colour. It does seem to waterproof air dry clay which is why I bought it.
