Great price for what appears to be a high quality supplier. Packaging arrived in great shape and well protected. Voltages out the box were matched. After charging they maintained their parity. Can’t wait to put them into service after balancing. Extra credit for the best manuals I’ve seen for any supplier!

Bought in August 2024 and already dead. Battery was connected in a 24vdc solar system powering a well. The battery voltage dropped to 3.2 VDC which indicates the Battey Maintenance System (BMS) failed which allowed it to drop to a state that cannot be charged. Contacted Customer Support and was told it was an operator error which caused the drop in voltage but if I paid shipping ($55) they would replace the battery but will not ship another until receiving the faulty one. Now I have to 1. Pay to return a faulty product 2. Find packaging suitable for shipping a lithium battery 3. Wait who knows how long before I get get power to my well again 4. Ponder for the duration why I bought this battery and still have no water...

This batteries work very well for my needs in my campervan. It's been 14 mos of use with very little problems. I definitely recommend insulating them in the winter. The darn cutoff work astonishingly well.

Both batteries were within 0.01v and have the same batch number. They look good visually out of the box. This 400ah 96lb bank with 2000+ charge cycles is replacing my 220ah 150lb 6v Lead Acid bank that provided 700 cycles (that I'm now using to do squats), at almost the same cost. My RV thanks me.6 mo update, no issues and working well. 👍

These are very good batteries...so far very impressed!...I sold off my Battleborn expensive batteries and bought twice as many amp hourss of these...
