Relieved my pain
Not sure what I did to my foot but it is very painful when I walk. These are very easy to use, and instantly relieves my pain when walking.Although it does depend on which shoes I wear as it makes my foot feel tight on my Hookas.Nice color and you don’t see it through my socks.Very durable when walking all dayMoney wise it was a great buy.

Worth the purchase.
I wear a size 7 shoe and purchased the Smalls. They worked nicely but were tight. I purchased some Mediums and they work fine. The pad does prevent Morton's Neuroma pains but after a while gets tight on your foot. I would recommend them and also purchasing the clear stick on pads to give a little relief from the tight elastic band.

Helped so much with some odd ball of foot pain I experienced
Works really well to help cushion ball of foot.Had issues with severe pain when walking, ball of foot would just hurt, even not putting weight on the foot helped all that much.Went looking and found these. Figured I would give them a try and they worked really well to help distribute the weight and cushion at the same time. Didnt completely help take pain away but did make walking bearable and did enough that the foot could heal properly. Now i wear them just cause, mainly to help keep my foot cushioned while walking barefoot at home. So far they have helped and havent had any recurrent weird foot pain (like the reason I bought these in the first place)They took some getting use to since they're like half socks but it didnt take much time to grow accustomed to them, now i hardly notice them and even forget I have them on.First pair has lasted a long while so far especially woth how often I wear them, little bit of piling but easily trimmed and tidied up.Fit wise, felt a bit tight at first but stretched to my foot with ease and they stay put never felt like they would just fall off my foot.

Created a “Foot Wedgie”
I’m feeling pretty neutral about this product. As a nurse working 12 hour shifts at the hospital, my feet tend to hurt by the end of the day. I’ve tried cushioned insoles before, but they haven’t really helped much. At first, this product worked okay and it did provide a decent cushion under the pads of my second toes. However, after being on my feet and walking for most of my shift, the cushion would slide down toward the bottom of my foot. The stitching that separates the big and second toes did help keep it in place for a while, but eventually, it caused a bit of discomfort—kind of like a "foot wedgie." I even tried tightening my shoes to stop it from sliding, but that didn’t make a difference.

Life Saver
These have become a life saver as I was suffering from calluses as I no longer have the fat padding under my toes. I was experiencing quite a bit of pain especially under my big toes. Some reviewer wrote that you could conceivably turn them inside out if you only need one as they come as a pair. The stitching is such that you cannot do that and have them be comfortable. I bought two pair so that I could launder them as I wear them every day. They are extremely durable, easy to put on and very comfortable and have absolutely solved my callus issue. I am female, wear a size 10 shoe and find they are a perfect fit.

4 pack is a plus at a great price.
The item is easy to use and does provide some cushioning to reduce the pressure in the ball of the foot when walking. I have Morton’s neuroma and was looking for something that would help. The sock does stay place due to the anti slide strips and is comfortable enough. The pad could be improved if the gel pad was a little thicker though it has helped the nerve inflammation. These made more sense than the high priced inserts. Getting a 4 packs is a definite plus and the price is great.

the pad only covers maybe a 1/4 to 1/3 of ball of big toe. Gel cushion is very good.
So the pad is really for mid-foot under all toes. It only covers maybe 1/3 of ball of big toe, when worn over toe like it is supposed to be worn. I needed this for sesamoiditis pain which is right behind the ball of the big toe. This does not cover that at all. In the pictures they have the sewed part, between the toes pulled all the way to the side of inner foot. They don't have it pulled like that in the pictures shown from the top of foot. It is NOT comfortable and will not stay pulled in that manner and still doesn't cover the ball completely but enough that the pressure is relived. I was in pain and didn't want to waste time and energy on returning so I actually removed the sewing between toes and pulled it slightly to inner side. It worked great... except, it doesn't stay in place well when sliding foot into shoes as the shoes are tighter than normal so I would put in higher on the toes and it could slide slightly into position. It helped greatly and I might sew it to make it easier to position in shoe. Once in shoe it stays pretty well even without the big toe hole. Might upload photos later.
