I’ve searched high and low for this. Finally got it and it was PERFECT! Thick, tangy, creamy. Yum!

Good flavor, bad color
It has great flavor, a little thick, easy to use in a pinch, but the pale color is unappetizing and doesn't look like hollandaise

The holiday sauce is almost close to what I can make but it’s awful little. You have to add a little more butter and lemon juice to bring it back.

An off-putting flavor
Hard to describe the bad flavor, but I will immediately recognize this product when served in a restaurant. Amending with some fresh lemon, a few drops of Tobasco sauce, and salt helped a bit. Very expensive. The Knnor packaged powder mix is better. I will continue to make Hollandaise sauce from scratch.

Good but too pricy!
I bought this sauce from a grocery liquidator for a buck... It's great, easy to use, just heat and serve. I didn't realize what a good deal I got untill I looked for more online. Sadly, the price is way too steep for me... good stuff though!
