Spicy Avocado Salad
I love this chili oil drizzled over avocado wedges with a sprinkle of Tajin Clasico Seasoning. Try it! Thank me later.

Outstanding flavor
This chili oil is excellent for all sorts of uses. Just a few drops in a soup or stew gives it a real oriental flavor. I add 2 to 3 drops to my scrambled eggs for a real treat. I go through several bottles a year, it's one item I use almost daily.

Smokey sesame
This chili sesame oil tastes like the sesame seeds were toasted prior to being pressed for the oil. ALMOST to the point of being burnt. I enjoy the taste but some might find it a bit too much. The heat is moderate/high, not too bad, particularly as you can easily adjust the intensity due to the liquid form. I used to like very hot - these days my heat tolerance has moderated considerably and I find myself really enjoying this product. If you fear it may be too hot, think about the fact that you can easily control the heat by controlling the amount - even to the point of just using one drop.

Yummy
This is a finishing oil, not a cooking oil. It has a delicious sesame flavor and nice level of heat (I like very spicy). It's great on everything (eggs, pizza, stir fry, etc). The bottle is very small, and it goes quickly in my house.
