Great upgrade
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Massive Upgrade – Smooth Power and Great Performance!I installed this 30 Series Torque Converter on my go-kart, and the difference is night and day! Acceleration is way smoother, and I’m getting way more torque at low speeds—perfect for climbing hills or hauling a little extra weight. It engages quickly and shifts seamlessly, giving my setup a big performance boost without stressing the engine.Build quality is solid and installation was straightforward with the right tools. It’s a perfect fit for my 3/4” crankshaft engine, and everything feels more responsive now. Whether you’re upgrading from a centrifugal clutch or replacing an old converter, this is a must-have.Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their kart, mini bike, or small engine project!

Coleman kt196 upgrade
This thing worked great for my kids Coleman kt196 go kart. I bought the cart not working and had to redo the bearings brakes and chain. The torque converter worked ride but had been bent and squeeled and would kind of catch and jerk. I bought this and made it work. The mounting plate does not work at all for the cover so I didn’t use it I may eventually modify it to cover the belt. Also I had to use this bushing I had to make the pulleys line up so this is not an exact match but i was able to make it work and im extremely happy with the performance this is an upgrade from the oem. The cart goes way faster much better acceleration and does not put any wear on belt. I am overall happy with the product though you need to have some skills in modifying things to make it work

Modifications Needed.
Many people who install these on a CT200 have the same issues: the crankshaft bolt is completely useless, the crank pulley has to be modified, the converter mounting plate has to be modified, and the converter cover has to be modified. Here's what you need to do:Crankshaft bolt: There seems to be two different style shanks on the CT200 and similar bikes. There is either an internal threaded end (what this kit is for) or an external threaded end. If you have an external threaded end, then you will need an M12 x 1.25 x .75" (or 1.00") MAG SHANK LUG to secure the crank pulley. I recommend a 1.00" bolt because it's better to be a little long and grind down as necessary due to spacing variables.Crank Shaft Pulley: Continuing with the external threaded crankshaft end, the keyway tab inside the hole of the crank pulley will be too long since the keyway on the crankshaft will end at the threads rather than going all the way to the end of the shaft. This wouldn't be a problem except that the mag lug won't fit due to the long shaft. In my case, I had to use a Dremel to grind away about half of the keyway tab. It's hardened steel, so it will take a minute and probably two grinding bits.Torque Converter Mounting Plate: I don't know what bikes these are made for, but it seems that EVERYONE has to modify the mounting plate regardless of which brand they get. On the right side of the plate there are top and bottom threaded holes for the plastic converter cover. They protrude and hit the frame causing misalignment with the belt and the chain. The plate MUST be perpendicular to the crankshaft, so it is necessary to use an angle grinder to remove some of the top hole protrusion (hopefully not so much that it gets to the threads, but you gotta' do what you gotta' do). The bottom protrusion must be shaved off completely, which means grinding away half the threaded hole rendering it useless. This is not a problem because the plastic guard fits well, so it will hold tight with just 3 bolts or even just the front two bolts. Some people get around this by lifting the engine about an inch with inserts, but I'd rather modify my modifications than modify the bike itself especially since the fuel tank cap is already close to the frame. The plastic guard: I don't know if it's unique to this kit, but the guard has no clearance at all for the chain. This is a weird oversight. You must grind or cut the upper and lower grooves needed for the chain to pass through the guard.I also recommend getting several 3/4" ID fender washers for spacing adjustment. So far, the torque converter has worked quite well with these mods.

Worked great
This works well with my mini bike. Took a little bit of trial and error since the directions are just a picture. Once it was all together the unit worked very well.

Decent product for the money
The media could not be loaded. If you need a good basic torque converter for any project this will get the job done. It’s nothing phenomenal, but it does what it is supposed to do. But the cover did come damage as seen in the video that was my only complaint. All the hardware material seems to be decent quality fits perfectly on a standard predator 212. And was very easy to install. Wish it the cover didn’t come in damage again my again my only complaint. But overall good product.

Don’t buy
This is horrible I didn’t get what I payed for. The first time that I ordered this, it was missing the jack shaft and the key and I just thought that it was a mistake that happened so I got a refund for it and bought it again now this time I was missing the Jack shaft the key and the 10 T sprocket. I don’t know what to say. just don’t buy this.
