Hi mine came with no drills so I sent it back. Then thay sent me another drill with no accessories again. So I phoned Amazon and got £20 back and brought a full set of drills for £21 hope this helps John. Builder.

Q: Can this drill get through granite? Only need a hole 6mm wide and 100mm deep...

You gonna need a diamond core drill bit or a carbide drill bit, the drill will go through it no problem but you'd need specialist drill bits (carbide or diamond) which it doesn't come with

Yes it's normal. People really need to know what they're buying! The hammer function on an sds drill is used for chiselling concrete. If you want to drill a hole in concrete use the drill+hammer setting.

Q: Can this break up an outdoor concrete floor to get to the soil underneath? Will it need a big drill chisel?

Might do it but would suggest something heavier duty. Maybe look at a local hire centre. It's a good hammer drill though
