Has anyone made it with almond milk and if so was it good?

No, but I’ve made some excellent nut butter and cream and milk ice creams. A cashew nut butter and coconut milk vegan recipe set very hard and was difficult to serve but tasted very good. I used maple syrup to sweeten all my nut ice creams (pistachio, pecan and cashew so far).

What does digital powered mean

Maybe a translation error, there is nothing 'digital' about this product, it does not have a timer and just one simple on/off knob.

How much ice cream can this make? I know the bowl capacity is 1.5L but also aware it needs space to churn and grow.

Makes about the same as a tub of Ben and Jerrys if you use a large tub of double cream or in my case yoghurt and other ingredients
