You are contacting them in the wrong department. The best, quickest and easiest way to get a refund is to go to help/ contact us and chat or email what has happened. They will either sort it out immediately or if you email, within 12 hours. Sorry about the confusion

Why is the 30ml for 39 pounds and the 50 and 100ml for 34 pounds?? Makes 0 sense.. Also the 50ml is the first then 30ml then 100ml so check carrfully

if I buy direct from amazon, is the perfume definitely genuine?

If you buy Direct from Amazon, it still gets sold by an Amazon shop. The chances of it being genuine is 99%. Unless you buy via warehouse. Some people buy on there to swop their fakes etc. I used to buy a lot on amazon warehouse until a pair of genuine timberlands arrived which looked and smelled like someone wore them for 8 And a 1/2 years non-stop. If the product via Amazon is fake, you can return it immediately. If you go on chat with Them, they will sometimes give you a refund and expect a return of item within 30 days. All the best!

Wife’s new favourite perfume.

I bought this Calvin Klein Euphoria Floral for my wife, and she hasn’t stopped wearing it since. It’s a really lovely, fresh floral scent it's not too strong, but still noticeable in a good way.She says it lasts all day, and I agree it smells great even hours later. The bottle also looks really nice on her dresser, very classy and modern.Overall, she’s really happy with it, and I’m glad I picked it up. Definitely a win if you’re looking for a nice perfume that feels a bit special.

Five stars for the Calvin Klein price point of veiw and also it's very affordable for a designer fragrance. The scent itself is a nice, warm, and floral scent that is a classic for a reason. Also the shape of the bottle is also really beautiful. I'm giving it four stars because, while it's very pleasant, the longevity on my skin isn't as strong as I'd hoped. It's a great everyday option, but it's not an unforgettable, but i would say its a nique scent. A solid choice for the value.
