Poor quality
I was really looking forward to using this Ethiopian teff, but unfortunately, I found small crushed stones mixed in with the grains. It seems like the teff was never sieved before being ground into powder, which is very concerning. This is not only disappointing but also dangerous, as it can affect your health. I expected better quality control for a food product. I hope the seller addresses this issue quickly. Until then, I can’t recommend this product.
