🍊 Oranges are the only fruit 🍊
This orange extract smells wonderful and imparts a delicious flavour. I've used it in baking an orange cheesecake and also a sugar-free Dundee cake, both of which were lovely. The extract is in a carrier oil rather than alcohol, which means that those who are allergic to alcohol (yes, I do know people who are!) won't have a problem with it and you won't get the volatile components evaporating. It's packed in a darkened glass bottle, which gives good protection from photodegradation and you won't get a plastic taint as you might from a plastic bottle.

Poor quality
Mostly sunflower oil, which is so odd for a food essence. Maybe useful for aromatherapy and soap making. A waste of money otherwise.Decided to buy powdered orange as most essences are pretty bad these days.
