It definitely heats up!
Having only worn this once, I can say that it heats up quite quickly, but after about an hour, it gave me a bit of a burning sensation. It slightly too deep for me, so it stands away from my neck slightly.Having said all that, I did notice some pain relief when wearing it, so I will persevere wearing it, for shorter periods.

Definitely warms up when worn for 10 or 15 minutes. I have an 18 inch neck but still a bit tight. ( question the 20 inch size) Been wearing it upside down to pic in advert. Only way I can do up.the velcro. As I say not a lot of it. I expected 2 inches to play with.

Good Quality.
Best neck support collars i have bought. I wear them a lot due to Stenosis in my neck. These really help to reduce the pain.
