Great tasty soup in a jiffy
Love it, really easy to use, very quick, just wish it had a larger capacity.

Only one downside
I'm loving it so far, however it has one useless feature like most this (my kettle has it) the stay warm feature you make a fresh batch of soup it already hot when it cools down the feature is active for just over 2 minutes so is pointless. Now a reheat function would be better so your not going through the cooking faze again were your going to get the food sticking to the hot plate.

Brilliant kitchen gadget
This has been life changing. My new hobby is experimenting with healthy soups. First couple of attempts i made it too watery so my advice is to get a good soup maker recipe book. It's so easy to use

Impractical.
I'm not too impressed with this Soup Maker as, even though I fill the Ingredients to just under the Maximum Line, by the time the Soup Maker starts churning the Ingredients with the Water below the Max Level, it still Activates the "Error Alarm" indicating that it's overfilled. By the time I've emptied some of the Liquid, I barely end up with much Soup left. Very Disappointing.

Why didn’t I get one years ago?
Such a simple way to make soup. Just keep a close eye on the maximum fill level as the automatic cut off really does work!! Easy to clean.

Keeps beeping with Error 1
I like soup makers, they do blend much smoother than hand blenders. However every one I've had has had an issue. This one just keeps coming up with E1 ( overfull) even though I've only filled to the minimum line. To continue the program I have to open it, wipe the sensor and carry on but this happens multiple times during the process meaning the time to make it is drastically increased. There is also a fault with the connection on the handle as moisture gets under it and the connection ends up in a pool of water. Other than that it's fine. Slightly better than my last ( morphy Richards) one that just kept shorting the house ! Is there a soup maker that actually does the job as described I wonder 🤔
