It works
The good: I have several compost bins, including hot bins and rotary bins. This one despite its simplicity has worked very well, it is quite large and it has produced compost quickly. This is the second one I've bought and I have no doubt it'll function just as well as the first one.The bad: it has become the norm nowadays that when you order something, you end up spending too much time poring over illegible instructions trying to assemble a product with bags of nuts and bolts. In this case they haven't even bothered, there are no instructions, nor have they included the screws you need (30 or so 30mm screws). Assembling is not difficult but it'll take about an hour if you include the time needed to find some photos or a video.Overall 3 stars, 5 for the product, 0 for the assembly and not including screws.

Good product and prompt delivery
this was ordered on Tuesday and arrived Thursday, it arrived in a bundle securely banded with the ends protected with cling film, being timber it's not practical for it to be boxed or wrapped, the packet of screws were inside the wrapping.I unwrapped it on arrival to let it dry out and found no damage to the wood, there are no instructions but you only need to look at a picture of it to work out how it goes together. All in all well pleased with the product and delivery, will buy again when I am ready for another one.

Arrived damage with lack of screwes. No quality control at dispatch I guess.
I am sure it will be fine when constructed as I already have two similar. However this has arrived with no instructions (I had to call to find link on line), three pieces of wood damaged quite badly rendering it impossible to build, and no screws. I am due to receive a replacement but now I have lots of pieces of wood to dispose of because they won't collect. I am sure if I were a keen diy'er then I could re-use in some way but to be honest - very disappointing purchasing experience. The item itself is fine for purpose just very poorly supplied I'm afraid.

Good Solid Bin
As a very experienced gardener I reckon this is the best commercial compost bin I have seen.* The wood is thick enough - too many bins are flimsy and rot through within a couple of years. These are proper thick planks.* It is easy to assemble. Two bins took me half an hour each (would have been faster but it was in an awkward space).* It is large enough (the extra-large size). Most bins are far too small.* The spaces between slats mean a lot of air will get in. This will mean getting a decent temperature to kill weed seedlings will be hard (hence 4 not 5 stars), but it does mean the compost is unlikely to get too wet and anaerobic.* The price is very reasonable compared to most bins. The wood and time to make one from scratch would cost almost as much.Instructions are included and worth reading through before you start but it is easy enough. You need a drill, because for some reason the side supports are not pre-drilled for the screws. A hammer or mallet is also useful because the joints are a tight fit.Other reviews have complained the wood was wet but both my packs were well wrapped and perfectly dry.I've put mine on breeze-blocks because having the wood in direct contact with the ground would make it rot faster. The flat base also makes assembly much easier.

Average - just about
Fairly easy to assemble but the timber quality was not the best and have doubts about its durability

Good quality product, so easy to assemble. The wood is so thick and good quality!

The compost bin is nice and big but making the bin was not easy ...
The compost bin is nice and big but making the bin was not easy as pieces did not fit very well at all what it shows in the picture. I am not that happy as even trying so hard the bin is not fitted property

Disappointing
The picture shows exactly how the delivery arrived - in this muddle are three packs, only one of which remained intact. I'm reasonably proficient at DIY and have screws around which is good because I received no instructions at all, only one had a pack of screws and at least a third of the pieces have damaged ends. Makes putting them together challenging as it is a slot-together design. We will see how long it stays together and how efficient it is at making compost, but the wood looks pretty poor quality and arrived so wet that I have my doubts as to how the treatment will cope.
