For me, this Whey Protein is just what I need to help with building muscle. Getting enough protein is essential for muscle recovery after an intense workout and this product is perfect for just that. It mixes well and tastes great. I have certainly gained muscle from using this and will continue to purchase as a result. This is great value for money and I would highly recommend.

Just started with Protein powder again after workouts. I’d used the Amfit stuff at first which was good but I thought I’d try a bigger Bulk tub. This was on offer with a further 10% off so a real bargain.Comes in the big black tub with snap seal and a scoop. Each scoop gives decent Carbs and Protein for your after workout/run nutrition.I got the strawberry flavour which is reasonably palatable, so of the powders are truly awful but this is pretty good.I have noticed if you make it up and leave it for a while it does develop a strange taste and texture so I tend to mix it up as I need it.It comes in various flavours which I haven’t tried but if they are the same as this one they will be good.I mix it with water, not tried milk but I would think it would be even better with Milk.All in all I’ll definitely buy again and at this price you can even double up if required.

Mixes well with no clumping, the cookies and cream taste is generally good, but there is a powdery gritty aftertaste which I'm not keen on. I can deal with it for the price as I can't afford the prices of the optimum nutrition protein powder now both me and my son are using it.

I just want to help others who might be thinking of switching to this brand for the first time.Here’s my honest take: 1. The value for money and the nutritional profile seem decent at first glance. 2. The taste is poor—grainy, doesn’t mix well, and has a chalky texture. 3. It doesn’t sit well with my stomach at all. I’ve felt unsettled after nearly every use. 4. It feels more like I’m taking medicine than a supplement—no enjoyment in it whatsoever.I regret trying to save £10 with this purchase. It just wasn’t worth it, especially since I’ve noticed fewer results compared to when I used Optimum Nutrition or Bulk.If this product works well for you, that’s great—everyone’s different. I got the vanilla flavour to be safe incase I didnt like the other flavours.Vanilla is really nice. I have Myne with no sugar oat milk. Really tasty and good value for money

Okay so there’s two sides to this, there’s the experience of drinking it and then there’s the results. In all honesty it doesn’t taste nice, not like other brands. I find myself drinking it as quickly as possible holding my breath so I can’t taste it then washing it down with something afterwards, not the greatest drinking experience HOWEVER, I have put on a stone in muscle in around 6 months because of it, having a shake in the morning and maybe one in the afternoon if I haven’t hit my calorie intake. So overall yes I’d recommend if you want to bulk up, if you’re looking for a tasty meal alternative, I’d look elsewhere.

Be prepared for your gut to re arrange abit in the first week but it is defo worth the money, cookies and cream flavour is top notch, it is tasty just grainy. But does the job

Been using this a month. The key areas: taste, by no means does this taste bad. You will not wince or wretch at the flavour. I got the choc and it's basically a mild flavour. Imagine hot chocolate with half the amount of powder, milky chocolate. In no way bad! Plus I always add a scoop of choc whey (bulk) which bumps the protein to 50 and adds extra flavour. Works perfect.Texture, I use a basic mesh shaker with semi milk and have had no issues with clumping. Yes there is the very occasional small lump but so what. It does have a slight grainy texture which is a bit odd at first but I actually prefer it now. When I have a whey shake I actually miss it though I wasn't sure about it at first.Price, there are better tasting options out there but when u factor the cost I don't personally see the justification, but hey if money isn't an issue then yeh maybe go with another.So all in all I love it, to those saying it tastes horrible, go suck on a paracetamol, that's a horrible taste this is good, not great but good and a mesh shaker works perfect for me, maybe don't blend it, maybe that's causing the issues mentioned by others. So yeh give it a go😄👍
